Master in Management
- Consultancy Project for
Students in Year 2

From 23rd-30th March 2018, Year 2 students on the Master in Management programme at Excelia Business School worked on a Consultancy Project with the company Covéa

The Consultancy Project gives students the opportunity of becoming ‘real’ consultants for one of our partner companies, working on a particular theme or a ‘real’ company issue. This year, students worked with Covéa, which is a mutual insurance group resulting from the merger of MAAF, MMA and GMF, and the number one insurer in France in terms of property and liability insurance.

The students put forward an operational plan to raise the profile and increase the attractiveness of the Covéa brand as an employer. The teams defended their projects in front of a panel of professionals from the company. Three teams were shortlisted and Team no. 3 , which included Inès Ayrivie, Marine Bachelin, Chloé Badet, Sarata Bah, Margaux Baldyrou, Rémi Barbe, Naomi Barbier, Lauren Barou and Fabien Barrau - - won the final!

Designed to enable students to experience a veritable professional situation, this 5-day seminar enabled them…
- To take up a challenge.
- To understand the marketing concepts learnt during their School-based courses and determine a coherent link between them.
- To put analysis-diagnosis method into practise: an overview of the company SWOT analysis.
- To be proactive in terms of structured and reasoned proposals.
- To develop team spirit and creativity.
- To defend their presentation in front of a panel of professionals.

The Programme would like to congratulate the members of Team 3, as well as all the students who took part, for their efforts throughout the week and for the excellent proposals submitted to the company.
