The Marketing Department at Excelia Business School seeks to appoint an international Associate Professor. The successful candidate will hold:
- a doctorate/PhD in management sciences and be fluent in English and French.
- she/he will be able to deliver teaching in a range of generic marketing subjects. Specialist expertise in luxury marketing and e-commerce would be appreciated.
Applicants:
- will be required to contribute to the research profile, teaching and development of academic programmes at undergraduate and master’s level,
- will be committed to excellence in teaching at all levels,
- have a demonstrable track record of high quality publications in internationally recognised journals and
- will be expected to strengthen the department’s position through contributions to research leading to publication in international, peer-reviewed academic journals and in leading debate at national and international levels.
Candidates should submit a letter of application, a full curriculum vitae (including a description of teaching activities and current research in progress), one or two research papers, evidence of teaching effectiveness, copies of diplomas and at least 2 confidential letters of reference which must be forwarded directly to the School. We encourage candidates to describe their experience using a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives. The selection committee may ask candidates for supplementary information.
