Biography
K. Grande holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences applied to tourism and international hospitality at the University of Perpignan Via Domitia. He is also completing a PhD in Tourism Management at the University of Girona - Faculty of Tourism (Espagne). His doctoral thesis focuses on the measurement of competitiveness and performance in the outdoor hospitality sector. He leads a research project federating 70 tourism SMEs around the creation of a multi-criteria decision making tool, creation of performance indicators and dashboards. In parallel, he manages several establishments for the CAPFUN group. Finally, he launched Benchranking.com, a consulting company specialized in competitiveness and performance.
During 2019-2022, Kevin Grande will work as a Temporary Teaching and Research Associate at the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE) in Perpignan. He will also collaborate with the School of Tourism Management (IEFT Lyon). Kevin Grande join the Excelia group in 2022 as an Assistant Professor. He is a member of the research group Organizational Networks, Innovation and Development of Tourism Strategies and Products (ONIT-UDG) at Girona (Spain); and Tourism Management (CRESEM-UPVD) at Perpignan (France).
