    Biography

Lucie Baudoin is an Assistant Professor in the Strategy Department of Excelia since September 2021. Before that she completed her PhD in Management Sciences at ESADE and was then a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Montpellier Business School.

All of her research engages with the following puzzle: "What makes us collectively manage our ecosystems the way we do, and how can we get better at it?". She studies that puzzle in relation to water governance and adaptation to climate change.
She pursues interdisciplinary projects and has published in Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Management Studies, Organization & Environment, the Journal of Environmental Management and Water Alternatives.
