Biography
Dr Aymen HABIB, has been Associate Professor in the Department of Finance at Excelia Business School since 2019. Dr HABIB obtained his Doctorate in Finance from the University of Bordeaux in 2015, and his qualification as University Lecturer in 2016. He has taught at the University of Sousse (Tunisia), the University of Bordeaux and at ESCEM Business School.
His professional experience covers teaching and research. His teaching interests have spanned the areas of Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Treasury Management and Financial Markets on the different undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by the School, including the Master in Management. His research is primarily empirical in nature, and covers a broad range of topics including Corporate Governance, Financial Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Behavioural Finance.
Lecturing and publishing in both French and English, his work has appeared in ranked international publications such as Management International, Research in International Business and Finance, European Journal of Economics, Finance and Administrative Sciences, and Financial Revue.
