Biography
After an expatriation period of more than 12 years, spent initially in Iraq, where he was a History Teacher in Baghdad (as a volunteer for the National Active Service), and then in Mexico, where he taught at the Lycée Franco-Mexican and the Alliance Française de Mexico, Patrick Boitel developed a real passion for teaching French as a Foreign Language and French Culture. He holds a Degree in History from the University of Paris XII.
Back in France since 2001, Patrick Boitel teaches General Studies and French as a Foreign Language, and assists students in their preparation for various entrance tests for careers as Specialised Educators, Educators of Young Children, Nurses and Auxiliary Nurses, as well as for jobs in the local Civil Service.
He joined Excelia Business School in 2003, as a Lecturer in French as a Foreign Language for international students. He regularly participates as a member of the Admissions Boards, and is involved in the correction and defence of dissertations and theses, at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
