About the school

Excelia enrolls 3800 undergraduate and graduate students. It has 105 full-time faculty including 62 research active faculty members, and it has five schools (LR Business School, LR School of Tourism & Hospitality, LR Academy, LR Digital School et LR Executive Education) operating in two campuses: La Rochelle and Tours.

Excelia Business School (Excelia), founded in 1988, has become a major player in the French Grandes Ecoles in Management. About the job

We are looking to recruit a full-time assistant or associate or full professor in HR Management. For the position as an Assistant/Associate Professor, the candidate must hold a Doctorate or PhD and, if applying for the position of Professor, must hold accreditation to lead research, or equivalent. The candidate must be able to prove their research potential through evidence of publications in recognised academic reviews (CNRS, FNEGE etc.). They must also be able to prove a sound experience in teaching, both at undergraduate level and postgraduate level, particularly in the fields of HR Management, Labour Law etc.

Candidates should submit a letter of application, a full curriculum vitae and a document describing research pipeline, modules taught, experience with a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives. The evaluation committee may ask candidates for supplementary information.
