AFMAT-CCMP 2019 Award for the Best Case Study in Tourism Management
On Friday 27th September 2019, Excelia presented its pedagogical case study ‘Léman sans frontière – A Franco-Swiss marketing collaboration to develop a cross-border tourism destination’ written by Jérôme Piriou, Assistant Professor at Excelia Business School, Excelia.
This case study won the AFMAT-CCMP 2019 Award for Best Case Study in Tourism Management. Jérôme Piriou and the association Léman sans Frontière received their prize in the presence of Valérie Doublet, Editorial Manager of the case study centre CCMP - Centrale de Cas et de Médias Pédagogiques (CCI Paris Region), Laurent Botti, Vice-President of AFMAT - Association Francophone de Management du Tourisme and Marie-Noëlle Rimaud, Head of INNOV Case Lab. Several members of the association, including Claire Normand, Philippe Banoît, Pierre-André Briguet, Damien Fulbert, were also present.
This ceremony, organised by INNOV Case Lab, was also an opportunity to discuss the various projects of Excelia’s case centre and the publication of a case study based on La Rochelle’s International Adventure Film and Book Festival (16th Edition takes place from 11th-17th November 2019).
