    Biography

    Soumaya Sfeir holds a PHD in Management Sciences at Université Grenoble Alpes. Her thesis focuses on the influence of the composition of the boards of directors of family businesses on the behaviour of directors and on succession. She holds a LLM in Private Law and a Master 2 in Finance. She has accompanied business leaders in the human, economic and legal issues as a legal advisor in an international context. She is also interested in all non-economic aspects that may explain the behaviour of family businesses in terms of succession.
