    Biography

    Dr. Morgane Loquen is an Assistant Professor in the Strategy department at Excelia Business School. She previously earned her Ph.D. in Management Sciences jointly from the University of Strasbourg and Rennes School of Business. Before joining Excelia, she held positions as a part-time lecturer and research assistant in Rennes.

    Highly committed to various research projects, she is an expert in the field of organizational ambidexterity. Additionally, she takes a keen interest in various strategic drivers, such as knowledge sharing and innovation, and studies their multi-level implications on economic, environmental, and social performance. As member of several research associations, she disseminates her research work through international conferences and collaborations. Her teaching focuses on corporate strategy, business models, and management of innovation.
