    Biography

    Dr Zouhair Laarraf joined Excelia Business School in 2008, as an Associate Professor, where he headed up the MSc in Sustainable Development, CSR and Environment until 2010.

     

    He obtained his Doctorate in Management Science (specialising in Human Resources) in 2010, from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM).

     

    He has steered many key issues relating to human rights and labour relations within the Corporate Chairs for the Fleury Michon and Inter Mutuelles Assistance groups. He is also interested in the HR issues of SMEs and the Manager profiles of such companies, as well as SMEs in general.

     

    In addition, Dr Laarraf is a member of ADERSE, IAS and IRGO. His recent research has been published in French and international peer-reviewed journals such as Business Process Management, Human System Management and the management science research journal Recherche en Sciences de Gestion.
