    Biography

    An occupational psychologist by training, Dr Jamila Abaidi first worked for a number of years as a head-hunter for a recruitment consultancy. With a Doctorate in Management Science, Dr Abaidi has a particular interest in well-being at work. She joined  Excelia Business School in 2015 as Assistant Professor.


    Dr Abaidi is strongly committed to pedagogical innovation, and incorporates games and different experiences into her courses, ensuring her students assimilate, and have a better understanding of, the concepts being studied.   She also has the role of Thesis Coordinator for Excelia's Master in Management and Master of Science programmes.
