Biography
Hajer Jarrar is an Associate Professor at Excelia Business School in France. She holds a Ph.D. from Pierre Mendès France University and an M.Sc. from ESA Grenoble. Prior to her appointment at Excelia Business School, she was an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business Administration and Management of Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ) and served as the Head of the Graduate Department for almost thirteen years at the USEK Business School of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in Lebanon. Before joining Lebanon, she was a faculty member at GEM Grenoble (ESC), ESA Grenoble, Grenoble I, Joseph Fourier University, Grenoble I, Pierre Mendès France University, Grenoble II, and Claude Bernard University Lyon I.
Her research works focus on corporate governance, entrepreneurship, leadership, CSR, and gender diversity. Her papers have been published in internationally ranked scientific journals, and she also sits on several editorial boards. Additionally, she she has carried out consulting missions with several companies in Europe and the Middle East.
