INSPIRATIONAL PROFILES!
Miloud sums up his Excelia years in three words:
-
"revelation"
-
"learning"
-
"happy"
He therefore completed all of his internships at Danone, before taking up several positions within the company, until he was approached by Barilla who offered him the position as Area Manager for the Middle East, based in Beirut.
He occupied this position for 7 years before returning to France where he continued to work for Barilla, notably as Sales Director to prepare and head up the merger with Harrys.
He then headed to the Nordic countries for 3 years, before returning as Managing Director and joining the Group's Board.
Today, as CEO for Western Europe, he is aware of how privileged he is, being able to lead projects which he so enjoys and which help him develop daily, and all within the framework of a family business like Barilla, which is socially responsible, caring and respectful of its employees.
"Doing things that have meaning and have a positive impact"
Is Miloud Benaouda's motto, and he endeavours to do his part, whether by contributing to the development of his teams or by participating with ANIA, Association Nationale des Industries Alimentaires (National Association of Food Industries), in the implementation of a Zero Faim (Zero Hunger) programme in France.
